目的 探讨应用尿沉渣镜检、尿干化学法进行尿常规检验的效果,分析两种检验方式的诊断效能.方法 选择2021年8月—2022年10月在本院进行尿常规检查的100例患者为研究对象.所有的患者均进行尿干化学法、尿沉渣镜检两种方式尿常规检验,分析红细胞、白细胞、化学尿蛋白阳性检出率,比较结晶、黏液丝、管型阳性率检出效果.根据尿液培养结果分析两种检查方式的特异度、敏感度.结果 相较于尿干化学法,尿沉渣镜检进行尿常规检验红细胞、白细胞、化学尿蛋白阳性检出率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);较于尿干化学法,尿沉渣镜检进行尿常规检验结晶、黏液丝、管型阳性检出率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两种检查方式的敏感度、特异度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 尿常规检验中应用尿沉渣镜检相较于尿管化学法阳性检出率更理想,能够直观、有形观察尿液标本的异常情况,为了提升疾病诊断效果和准确率,推荐临床将两种方法联合应用.
Application Effect Analysis of Urine Sediment Microscopy and Urine Dry Chemistry Method in Urine Routine Examination
Objective To explore effect of urine sediment microscopy and urine dry chemistry methods for routine urine tests,and analyze diagnostic effect of two testing methods.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with urine routine examination in our hospital from August 2021 to October 2022as study subjects.Routine urine test was carried out by urine dry chemistry and urine sediment microscopy,positive detection rates of red blood cells,white blood cells,and chemical urine proteins were analyzed.Detection effect of crystal,mucus filament,and tubular positive rate,specificity and sensitivity of two examination methods based on the results of urine culture was analyzed.Results Positive detection rates of red blood cells,white blood cells,and chemical urine protein in urine routine tests with urine sediment microscopy were higher than urine dry chemistry method,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Positive detection rates of crystallization,mucus filament,and tubular morphology in urine routine tests with urine sediment microscopy were higher than urine dry chemistry method,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in sensitivity and specificity between two examination methods(P>0.05).Conclusion Urine sediment microscopy can achieve more ideal positive detection rate than chemical method of urinary catheterizationin routine urine tests,can visually and visibly observe the abnormal situation of urine samples.It is recommended to combine two methods in clinical practiceto improve diagnostic effect and accuracy of the disease.
