Clinical Effect and Safety Analysis of Laparoscopic Minimally Invasive Surgery for Thyroid Tumors
Objective To analyze application effect of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery in treatment of thyroid tumors. Methods The paper chose 10 thyroid tumor patients with medical treatment in our hospital from November 2021 to December 2022 as research subjects, and divided them into 2 groupsrandomly, with 50 cases in group, treated with open thyroid treatment and endoscopic minimally invasive surgery.Surgical indicators, incidence of complications and satisfaction degree were compared between two groups. Results Observation group had better surgical indicators than control group.Total incidence of postoperative complications was 4%in observation group, and the surgical satisfaction degree rate was 98%,significantly higher than 20%and 60%of control group, with P<0.05.Difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Clinical data statistics showed, minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery can greatly shorten surgical time, reduce intraoperative bleeding, and length of stay, lower economic burden ofpatients with thyroid tumors.Secondly,it can greatly reduceincidence of postoperative complications, improve surgical satisfaction degreesignificantly with significant clinical results, which is worthy of great application and promotion.
