Clinical Effect Study of Engegliptin Combined with Alisartan Kamedoxomil in Treatment of Diabetes Nephropathy with Hypertension
Objective To analyze clinical effect of engegliptin combined with alisartan kamedoxomil in treatment of diabetes nephropathy with hypertension.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with diabetes nephropathy and hypertension in our hospital from 2021.05 to 2022.12 as research objects,and divided them into two groups with red and blue envelope methodcontrol group(treated with alisartan axetil,n=50)and analysis group(treated with alisartan axetil and enragliflozin,n=50).Curative effect was was compared between two groups.Results Detailed analysis showed blood glucose indicators after intervention in analysis groups were lower than control group,there was significant difference in data between two groups,with P<0.05.Further analysis showed,diastolic and systolic blood pressure after treatment in analysis group was significantly lower than control group,there was significant difference between the data,with P<0.05.Conclusion Combination of engeglinide and alisartan kamedoxomil can improve blood sugar level,stabilize blood pressure level of diabetes nephropathy patients with hypertension,which can be promoted.
