摘要

目的 分析探究生化免疫检验糖尿病中应用化学发光免疫测定技术对检验准确性的影响.方法 随机筛选2022年1月—2023年6月来本院就诊的684例糖尿病患者为研究对象,将其纳入观察组,同时选取同期接受健康体检者500例纳入对照组,两组对象均应用化学发光免疫测定技术开展生化免疫检验,对比两组血糖水平、C肽水平、胰岛素水平、阳性检出率.结果 检验结果显示,观察组血糖水平均高于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).组间C肽水平、胰岛素水平对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).阳性检出率测定结果呈现为观察组高于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 临床生化免疫检验中针对糖尿病的诊断采取化学发光免疫测定法不仅能获得较高的准确性,其结果还能为临床治疗提供可靠的数据支持,值得借鉴.

Abstract

Objective To analyze and explore effect of chemiluminescence immunoassay on accuracy of biochemical immunoassay for diabetes.Methods The paper chose 684 diabetes patients from January 2022 to June 2023 in our hospital in observation group,and 500 patients with health examination at the same time in control group.Biochemical immunoassay was carried out for both groups with chemiluminescence immunoassay.Blood glucose level,C-peptide level,insulin level,and positive detection rate was compared between two groups.Results Blood glucose levels in observation group were significantly higher than control group,with significant difference of P<0.05.There was significant difference in levels of C-peptide and insulin between groups(P<0.05).Measurement results of positive detection rate in observation group were higher than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Chemiluminescence immunoassay can achieve high accuracy,provide reliable data support for clinical treatmentin diagnosis of diabetes with clinical biochemical immunoassay,which is worthy of reference.
