Effect Analysis of Periodontal Restoration Surgery before Oral Restoration
Objective To study and analyze actual curative effect of periodontal restoration surgery before oral restoration.Methods The paper chose 80 patients admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 as research subjects,and divided them into groups according to principle of grading and grouping,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with traditional oral crown restoration surgery,while observation group with traditional oral crown restoration surgery before completing periodontal restoration surgery.Curative effectbetween two groupswas compared.Results Observation group had significantly better periodontal aesthetics and functional recovery than control group,(P<0.05).Data comparison showed,observation group had higher satisfaction degree with treatment,difference in data was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Periodontal restoration surgery before oral restoration can improve curative effect and satisfaction degree of patients,and reducevarious problems including gum recession.High-frequency electric knives during surgery can promoterapid gumformation of patients,with natural and perfectrecovery of the gums,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
