Effect of Insulin Aspart on Incidence of Adverse Reactions of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes
Objective To explore effect of insulin aspart on incidence of adverse reactions of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods The paper chose 60 patients with type 2 diabetes in Jiangyin City the Third People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 as research objects, and divided them into groups randomly,30 cases in control group, and 30 cases in observation group.Control group was treated with metformin, and observation group with insulin aspart.Blood glucose level(FBG,2hPG,HbAlc),incidence of adverse reactions(gastrointestinal reactions, lactic acidosis, local skin allergy),and effective rate of disease control after three months of treatment(significant, effective, ineffective)was compared between two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in blood glucose levels between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose, and glycated hemoglobin in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment, disease control in observation group was significant better than control group, while ineffective rate was lower than control group.Total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin aspart can reduce incidence of adverse reactions of patients with type 2 diabetes significantly.
