Clinical Study on Radix Angelicae Tuhuo Parasitic Decoction Combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Low Back and Leg Pains of Kidney Deficiency and Cold Dampness Type
Objective To explore effect of radix angelicae tuhuo parasitic decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on kidney deficiency and cold dampness type low back and leg pains.Methods The paper chose 66 patients with kidney deficiency and cold dampness type lower back and leg pains admitted to community health service center from January 2022 to December 2022 as data analysis objects,and divided them into control and observation group digital random method,with 33 cases in each group.Control group was treated with radix angelicae tuhuo parasitic decoction,and observation group with radix angelicae tuhuo parasitic decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.Clinical effect,pain(VAS)scores,and recurrence rate were compared between two groups.Results comparison between two groups showed,curative effect in observation group was 93.94%,higher than 75.76%in control group,difference was significant(P<0.05).Pain scores were(2.28±0.75)and(4.01±0.74)in observation and control group respectively,those of observation group were significantly lower than control group,difference was significant(P<0.05).Recurrence rate comparison between two groups showed,that in observation group was 6.06%,significantly lower than 27.27%in control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Radix angelicae tuhuo parasitic decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion is effective in treatment of kidney deficiency and cold dampness type low back and leg pains,can alleviate pains and reduce recurrence rate,which is worthy of promotion and application in a large scale in clinical treatment schemes.
