Curative Effect Analysis of Reduced Glutathione Combined with Emergency Routine Treatment for Patients with Acute Organophosphate Poisoning
Objective To analyze effect of reduced glutathione combined with emergency routine treatment for patients with acute organophosphate poisoning. Methods The paper reviewed and analyzed 50 patients with acute organophosphorus poisoning in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2023,and divided them into groups according to treatment method, including reference group(n=25,with routine emergency treatment),analysis group(n=25,with routine emergency treatment+reduced glutathione treatment).Curative effect was compared between two groups. Results Clinical symptom outcome indicators(disappearance time of M-like symptoms, recovery time of creatine kinase, recovery time of cardiac troponin, and recovery time of CHE activity)in analysis group were significantly lower than control group after treatment(P<0.05).Improvement of liver function indicators(ALT,AST,ALB)in analysis group after treatment was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).After treatment for 1 and 7 days,CHE activity in analysis group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Clinical effect of analysis group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Reduced glutathione combined with routine emergency treatment can promote liver function and CHE activity recovery, shorten clinical symptom recovery time, and improve clinical effect of patients with acute organophosphorus poisoning significantly.
