Clinical Study on Combination of Hemoperfusion and Cinacalcet for Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients
Objective To investigate clinical study and effect of hemoperfusion combined with cinacalcet for hemodialysis patients.Methods The paper chose 78 patients with hemodialysis in our hospital from April 2020 to March 2021,and divided them into group A(n=26),group B(n=26),and group C(n=26)randomly.Group A was treated with hemodialysis,while group B with combined blood perfusion on the basis of group A.Group C was treated with oral cinacalcet on the basis of group B.Skin itching status and related indicators of three groups were compared.Results After treatment,itching rate in group B was lower than group A,while the itching rate in group C was lower than group A and B(P<0.05).After treatment,relevant indicators of three groups decreased,those of group B were lower than group A,those of group C were lower than group A and B(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of monthly blood perfusion and oral administration of cinacalcet can reduce skin itching,lower related indicators,improve life quality of hemodialysis patients,which has significant clinical effect.
