Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hot Compress Therapy on Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function of Patients After Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy
Objective To analyze effect of hot compress on recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods The paper reviewed and analyzed 60 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in Binhai County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023,and divided them into observation group(treated with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress,n=30)and control group(with routine hot compress,n=30)according to different postoperative hot compress method.Effect of two methods on postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery of patients was compared.Results After treatment,overall effect of observation group was better than control group.GAS and MTL levels of observation group were higher than control group,and overall gastrointestinal recovery scores were higher than control group,difference of above data comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine hot compress can help recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy effectively,improve gastrointestinal function significantly,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
