Effect Analysis of Individualized Nursing on Risk Management during Chronic Wound Outpatient Treatment
Objective To explore effect of individualized nursing on risk managementduring chronic wound outpatient treatment.Methods The paper chose 64 patients with chronic wounds admitted to outpatient department of our hospital from January 2021 to May 2023,encoded them according to admission order,control group with odd numbers were treated with routine nursing,observation group with even numbers with individualized nursing.Difference in psychological status,wound area,incidence of complications,and nursing satisfaction degreewas compared and observe between two groups,effect of individualized nursing interventions was analyzed.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).After nursing,wound area between two groups improved,improvement effect of observation group was better than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Overall satisfaction degree of nursing in observation group was better than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing model can achieve significant effect in outpatient treatment of chronic wounds,can reduce wound area,correct negative attitudes of patients,avoid adverse complications significantly,and make patients more satisfied with nursing services.
