Effect of Life Network Health Education on Self-Control Ability of Hypertensive Patients
Objective To explore application effect of life network health education on patients with hypertension. Methods The paper chose 60 hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to March 2023 for study, and divided them into groups with random number table method.Control group(n=30)was treated with routine health education, while observation group(n=30)with additional life network health education.Self-effect,compliance behavior, and blood pressure levels were observed and compared between two groups. Results Difference in self-effect scores between groups before intervention was small(P>0.05).After 6 months of intervention, there was significant difference in scores between the groups, and observation group had higher scores, with statistical significance(P<0.05).After 6 months of intervention, there was significant difference in adherence to medical treatment between groups, and observation group had higher adherence rate, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Difference in diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and systolic blood pressure(SBP)between groups before intervention was small(P>0.05).After 6 months of intervention, there was significant difference in blood pressure levels between groups, and observation group had lower blood pressure levels, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Life network health education canachieve positive effect on self-effect and compliance rate of patients, which can help control blood pressure of patients.
