健康管理一体化体检模式对体检人员的影响及满意度观察

目的 探讨对体检人员采取健康管理一体化体检模式的效果。方法 按照简单随机法将健康管理中心2020年6月—2023年5月200例接受健康检查的体检人员分成对照组和研究组,每组100例。对照组采用常规服务模式,研究组则采用健康管理一体化体检模式。对两组体检效率、管理依从性和服务满意度进行比较。结果 研究组候检时间与检查消耗时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05);研究组管理依从性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05);研究组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论 健康管理一体化体检模式运用于体检人员中能提高体检效率和管理依从性,还能增加体检人员对服务工作的满意度,临床应用与推广价值高。
Effect and Satisfaction Degree Observation of Integrated Health Management Examination Mode on Examination Staff
Objective To explore effect of integrated health management examination model on medical examination staff.Methods The paper divided 200 individuals with health examinations in the Health Management Center from June 2020 to May 2023 into control group and study group with simple random method,with 100 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine service mode,while study group with integrated health management physical examination mode.Efficiency,management compliance,and service satisfaction degreewas compared between two groups of physical examinations.Results Waiting time and examination consumption time of study group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).The management compliance scores of study group were higher than control group,with statistical value(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction degree of study group was higher than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated health management examination mode can improve examination efficiency and management compliance,increase satisfaction degreeof medical examination staff with service work,which has high clinical application and promotion value.
