Effect of Standardized Nursing Process on Negative Emotions and Nursing Satisfaction Degree of Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction and Hemiplegia
Objective To explore effect of standardized nursing interventions on negative emotions,nursing satisfaction degree,and life qualityof elderly patients with cerebral infarction and paralysis.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia in our hospital from June 2021 to January 2023 as research subjects,and divided them intocontrol group and observation group randomly based on visit time,with 50 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with standardized nursing intervention,while control group with routine nursing intervention.Negative emotions,nursing satisfaction degree,and life qualitywere evaluatedbetween two groups during and after intervention.Results Negative emotions in observation group were significantly lower,especially in terms of anxiety and depression(P<0.05).Nursingsatisfaction degree of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Moreover,life quality in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized nursing interventions can effectively reduce negative emotions,improve nursing satisfaction degree,life qualityof elderly patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia,which is recommended to be promoted.
