Research and Analysis of Health Education Combined with Detailed Nursing for Elderly Patients with Osteoporosis
Objective To explore practical effect of health education combined with detailed nursing for elderly patients with osteoporosis.Methods The paper chose 120 elderly patients with osteoporosis from June 2021 to June 2023,and divided them intocontrol group and experimental group randomly,with 60 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,while experimental group with combination of health education and detailed nursing intervention.Nursing situation was compared between two groups.Results Experimental group had higher mastery of health knowledge than control group,and pain levels werelower than control group.Difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Self-management ability of experimental group was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursingsatisfaction degree of experimental group was 98.33%,higher than 86.67%in control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of health education and detailed nursing can provide more significant nursing effect to elderly patients with osteoporosispromote faster recovery,and can improve satisfaction degree of patients.
