Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Perioperative Period of Patients with Prostate Surgery
Objective To describe and analyze application effect of comprehensive nursing in perioperative period of prostate surgery patients.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in urology department of Wuxi City Huishan District People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023,and divided them intocontrol group of 50 cases and observation group of 50 cases with random number table method.All patients was treated with prostate surgery treatment in our hospital,and control group was treated with nursing measures that met routine nursing procedures,and observation group with comprehensive nursing interventions during the perioperative period.Surgical indicators,degree of urinary incontinence,and incidence of complications were observed and compared between two groups.Results After nursing,surgical indicators,ICI-Q-SF,and incidence of complications in observation group were significantly lower than control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive perioperative nursing interventions can effectively improve various surgical indicators,shorten length of stay,effectively improve urinary incontinence status of patients with prostate surgery,with some certain protective effect on postoperative complications,which has application and promotion value.
