摘要
目的 探讨集束化护理联合拜阿司匹林对缓解凝血效果的影响.方法 选取2020年5月—2023年5月在本院治疗的50例血液透析患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组(n=25)与观察组(n=25).对照组患者实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施集束化护理联合拜阿司匹林的护理干预方法,对比干预前后两组患者的D-二聚体(DD)、凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平及生活质量评分.结果 干预前,两组护理DD、APTT、PT及FIB水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的APTT和PT水平均高于对照组,观察组的DD、FIB水平低于对照组,观察组的生活质量评分优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 采用集束化护理联合拜阿司匹林可以显著改善凝血状况,进一步增强血液透析患者的治疗效果和生活水平,应予以广泛应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore effect of bundle nursing combined with aspirin on alleviating coagulation.Methods The paper chose 50 hemodialysis patients in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2023,and divided them intocontrol group(n=25)and observation group(n=25)with random number table method.Control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,while observation group with bundled nursing combined with aspirin on the basis of control group.D-dimer(DD),prothrombin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT),fibrinogen(FIB)levels,and life qualityscoreswere comparedbetween two groups before and after intervention.Results There was no statistically significant difference in levels of DD,APTT,PT,and FIB between two groups before nursing intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the APTT and PT levels in observation group were higher than control group,while the DD and FIB levels in observation group were lower than control group.Life quality scores in observation group were better than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bundled nursingcombined with aspirin can significantly improve coagulation status,further enhance treatment effect and living standards of hemodialysis patients,which is worthy of wideapplication.
