Curative Effect of Emergency Nursing Procedures on Clinical Effect and Complications of Patients with Traumatic Splenic Rupture
Objective To explore effect of emergency nursing procedures on clinical effect and complications of patients with traumatic splenic rupture.Methods The paper chose 82 patients with traumatic splenic rupture in Huai'an City No.82 Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into control group and observation group based on parity of hospital bed numbers.41 cases in control group was treated with basic nursing,while 41 cases in observation group with emergency nursing procedures.Clinical effect,complications,and life quality were compared between two groups,including anal exhaust time,first time out of bed activity,length of stay,intraoperative hypothermia,infection,pressure ulcers,and abdominal bleeding with Comprehensive Life quality Questionnaire(GQO.L1-74).Results Clinical treatment effect in observation group was significantly better than control group,incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than control group.Life quality was significantly higher than control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency nursing measures can achieve positive effect on clinical treatment effect of patients,can reduce incidence of adverse reactions,enhance life quality of patients,which has high application value for patients with traumatic splenic rupture.
