Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Mode Nursing on Chronic Sinusitis and Nasal Polyps Patients with Nasal Endoscopic Surgery
Objective To explore effect of rapid rehabilitation mode nursing for chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps patients with nasal endoscopic surgery.Methods The paper chose 56 cases chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps patients with endoscopic surgery in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023,and divided them into control group of 28 cases and observation group of 28 cases with random number table method.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group with rapid recovery mode nursing on the basis of control group.Postoperative indicators(hospital stay,mucosal recovery time,and pain relief time),life quality,sleep quality,and nursing satisfaction degree were observed and compared between two groups.Results After intervention,length of stay,mucosal recovery time,pain relief time,PSQI scores and other indicators of observation group were significantly lower than control group.SF-36 and nursing satisfaction degree indicators of observation group were significantly higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid recovery mode nursing can achieve good postoperative indicators,promote nasal rehabilitation,discharge early,improve life quality and sleep of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps patients treated with nasal endoscopic surgery,with high satisfaction degree with nursing services,which has some certain promotional value.
