Application Value Analysis of MR Diagnosis in Traumatic Bone Contusion of Knee Joint
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of MRI in traumatic knee joint contusion.Methods Sixty patients with traumatic knee joint injuries admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and the MRI diagnosis of knee joint injuries(bone contusions,occult fractures,meniscus injuries)was compared and analyzed.Results T1 in the bone contusion area showed a low T1,t2w1 showed a significant increase trend,while Fs PDWI showed an increasing trend in the acute phase.Meniscal injuries were 30(50.00%)and 10(16.67%),respectively.The MRI signs of occult fractures:T1W1 is linear,unclear,with unclear edges,high peripheral density,and the morphology of the Fs-PDWI wide and high type fracture is unclear.Conclusion MRI can accurately reflect bone contusion caused by knee joint trauma,providing effective diagnostic basis for clinical treatment.Therefore,if conditions permit,MRI diagnosis of patients with traumatic knee bone contusion may lead to clinical treatment.
