Application Value Research of Color Doppler Ultrasound and Interventional Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Breast Tumors
Objective To explore clinical application value of color Doppler ultrasound and interventional ultrasound in diagnosis of breast tumors.Method The paper chose 146 breast tumor patients admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 as research subjects,examined with interventional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound(CDUS),compared diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,and other related indicators of two ultrasound methods with reference gold standard of surgical pathological results.Results Accuracy of interventional ultrasound examination was 91.8%,significantly higher than 71.2%of color ultrasound examination,P＜0.05.Sensitivity and negative predictive value of interventional ultrasound examination for breast tumors was higher than color ultrasound examination,with P＜0.05.Conclusion Both color ultrasound and interventional ultrasound can detect breast tumors effectively,but interventional ultrasound has higher diagnostic accuracy and clinical application value.
