Value and Compliance Analysis of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosing Coronary Heart Disease
Objective To explore value and conformity analysis of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods The paper chose 270 patients with chest pain in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 as study subjects, and divided them into coronary heart disease group(n=183)and non coronary heart disease group(n=87)based on clinical comprehensive diagnosis results, treated with color Doppler ultrasound examination.Cardiac function indicators were compared, diagnostic efficiency of color Doppler ultrasound for coronary heart disease was analyzed between two groups. Results Left atrial diameter, left ventricular diameter, interventricular septal thickness, left ventricular posterior wall thickness, and left ventricular isovolumetric diastolic time in coronary heart disease group was higher than non coronary heart disease group.Early diastolic E peak blood flow velocity,E peak deceleration time, and E/A was lower than non coronary heart disease group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in LVEF between two groups(P>0.05).The sensitivity of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of coronary heart disease was 96.72%(177/183),specificity was 96.55%(84/87),accuracy was 96.67%(261/270),positive predictive value was 98.33%(177/180),and negative predictive value was 93.33%(84/90).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can achieve significant value in diagnosing coronary heart disease.
