Research Progress on Nurse Self-Esteem and Psychological Intervention
The article mainly reviews concept of nurse self-esteem and appropriate measurement tools,analyzes factors affecting nurse self-esteem from aspects of nurse professional values,empathy,and emotional state,and summarizes intervention methods of self-esteem from Satir model and narrative nursing,to improve and maintain self-esteem level of clinical nurses,and provide strategic basis for clinical nursing managers improve self-esteem level of clinical nurses and enhance their occupational mental health.
