Curative Effect Observation of Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Combined with Virtual Scenario Interactive Training in Treatment of Upper Limb Dysfunction of Cerebral Infarction Patients
Objective To explore and observe curative effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with virtual scenario interactive training in treatment of upper limb dysfunction of cerebral infarction patients. Methods The paper chose 90 patients with upper limb functional impairment due to cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2022 to March 2023,and divided them into three groups randomly, with 30 cases in each group.Control group 1 was treated with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment, control group 2 with virtual scenario interactive training, and observation group with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with virtual scenario interactive training. The Fugl-UE evaluation method(FMA-UE)scores,daily living ability scale(MBI)scores, affected motor cortex motor evoked potential(MEP)latency and central motor conduction time(CMCT),and maximum grip strength value were compared among three groups. Results The FMA-UE scores and MBI scores of observation group were higher than control group 1 and 2 at the end of treatment,1 month and 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).MEP and CMCT levels of observation group were shorter than control group 1 and 2 at the end of treatment,1 month and 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).Maximum grip strength values of observation group at the end of treatment course,1 month and 3 months after treatment were higher than control group 1 and 2(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation and virtual scenario interactive training can achieve significant curative effect on upper limb dysfunction of cerebral infarction patients.
