Clinical Value of SNHG11 in Prognostic Evaluation of Bladder Urothelial Carcinoma
Objective Development of lncRNA SNHG11 in various types of cancer has been studied by many researchers,which is closely related to patients prognosis.The author carried on data analysis to further understand clinical significance of SNHG11 in prognostic evaluation of bladder and ureteral cancer(BUC).Methods The paper evaluated expression of SNHG11 in 40 paired BUC tissues and adjacent non cancer tissues(ANCTs)with qRT PCR technology,analyzed clinical value of prognostic evaluation of SNHG11 in BUC with ROC curve,tested correlation between SNHG11 expression and clinical and pathological characteristics of BUC patients with chi square test,and constructed a Kaplan Meier survival curve to estimate the recurrence free survival(RFS)of patients.Results Significant increase in SNHG11 expression was observed in BUC specimens than than ANCTs,(P＜0.001).Multivariate analysis indicated that SNHG11 was an independent prognostic factor for BUC.ROC analysis showed AUC of SNHG11 was 0.8155.Conclusion The results strongly demonstrate SNHG11 is a unique and potential biomarker for predicting BUC.
