Clinical Effect and Safety Analysis of Combination of Pulmicort Respules and Salbutamol Inhalation in Treatment of Pediatric Asthma
Objective To observe effect and safety of inhalation therapy with combination of pulmicort respules and salbutamol on pediatric asthma.Methods The paper chose 90 pediatric patients from March 2021 to mid March 2023 in our hospital as study subjects,and divided them into two groups randomly,with 45 cases in each group:control group(treated with salbutamol)and observation group(with salbutamol+pulmicort respules).Clinical treatment effect was compared between two groups.Results Symptom relief time in observation group was lower than control group,lung function was higher than control group,effective rate of treatment was higher than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Combination of pulmicort respules and salbutamol can effectively improve lung function,shorten symptom relief time of pediatric asthma,which has high treatment efficiency and is worth promoting.
