Effect Observation of Joint Capsule Repair During Total Hip Arthroplasty of Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture
Objective To study application effect of joint capsule repair in total hip arthroplasty of patients with femoral neck fractures.Methods The paper chose 30 patients with femoral neck fractures admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to July 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into two groupsevenly according to different treatment methods.All patients were treated with total hip replacement surgery.Observation group was treated with joint capsule repair during surgery,while control group with no joint capsule repair during surgery.Clinical outcomes were compared between two groups.Results Observation group had less explicit and implicit blood loss than control group(P＜0.05).Hip joint function scores(Harris)and Berg balance scale scores(BBS)of two groups showed varying degrees of improvement compared with before treatment.Observation group had higher degree of improvement than control group(P＜0.05).The first time out of bed activity of observation group was earlier than control group(P＜0.05),length of stay was shorter than control group(P＜0.05).At the same time,life quality scores of observation group were higher than control group(P＜0.05),difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Joint capsule repair can play significant role in total hip arthroplasty of patients with femoral neck fractures,reduce explicit and implicit blood loss during the perioperative period effectively,shorten first time out of bed and hospital stay.After surgery,hip joint function and balance function recovers better,which can improve life quality of of patients.
