Curative Effect Exploration of Budesonide Combined with Terbutaline Nebulized Inhalation As Adjuvant Therapy for Pediatric Bronchial Asthma
Objective To analyze application effect of budesonide and terbutaline on pediatric infantile bronchial asthma.Methods The paper chose 84 children with infantile bronchial asthma in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 for study,and randomly divided them into control group of 42 cases treated with routine drug treatment,and observation group of 42 cases with budesonide and terbutaline through nebulization inhalation.Clinical effect was was compared.Results There was difference in life quality,lung function,and symptoms and signs between two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion Combination therapy,administered through nebulized inhalation,can enhance effect of infantile bronchial asthma,which has promotional value.
