Clinical Effect Observation of Blood Perfusion Combined with Hemodialysis in Treatment of Uremia
Objective To explore clinical effect of blood perfusion combined with hemodialysis in treatment of uremia.Methods The paper chose 284 uremic patients admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 for study,and divided them into control and observation group based on admission order.Control group was treated with hemodialysis treatment,while observation group with combined blood perfusion on the basis.Curative effect was analyzed and comparied.Results There was no significant difference in renal function between two groups before treatment,with P＞0.05.After treatment,indicators of blood creatinine,urea nitrogen,and β2-microglobulin were better than control group,there was significant difference in liver function indicators between two groups(P＜0.05).Treatment effect comparison showed,total effective rate of observation group was 98.6%,significantly higher than 87.3%of control group,(P＜0.05).Incidence of complications in observation group was 2.8%,significantly lower than 10.6%of control group.There was statistical significance between two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion Blood perfusion combined with hemodialysis treatment can effectively improve condition,promote improvement of various indicators,improve life quality,and renal function of uremia patients,which can be widely applied and promoted in clinical practice.
