Positive Effect Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Monitoring on Clinical Medication
Objective To study and analyze the positive effects of traditional Chinese medicine monitoring on clinical medication.Methods 284 patients who received traditional Chinese medicine treatment in our hospital from April 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into Y group(n=143)and X group(n=141).Both groups of patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine orally,and X group patients were intervened and managed through traditional Chinese medicine monitoring.Statistical and comparative analysis was conducted on the actual situation of unreasonable drug use and drug-induced adverse reactions in the two groups of patients.Results The incidence of irrational drug use in Group Y was higher than that in Group X,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05);The incidence of drug-induced adverse reactions in group Y was higher than that in group X,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion Timely implementation of traditional Chinese medicine monitoring work in the clinical medication process of traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in reducing irrational drug use and effectively reducing the possibility of adverse reactions in clinical medication.
