Clinical Analysis of Warming Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Massage in Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis
Objective To explore application value and clinical effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with massage for patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods The paper chose 94 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022,and divided them into groups according to difference of treatment methods.Control group was treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion only,and observation group with application of massage on the basis.Difference of various data was observed and analyzed between two groups.Results Curative effect of observation group was better than control group,P＜0.05;Knee joint function scores of observation group were significantly better than control group,P＜0.05.Observation group had higher life quality scores than control group,P＜0.05.Conclusion Warming acupuncture and moxibustion only has lower effect for patients with knee osteoarthritis than combination of two methods,which can improve discomfort symptoms of patients,improve life quality and effect significantly.It can be seen that warming acupuncture and moxibustion combined with massage has high application value and is worth promoting.
