Clinical Study on Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Differentiation Treatment of Genital Genital Warts with Different HPV Genotypes
Objective To analyze traditional Chinese and western medicine differentiation treatment of genital warts based on different human papillomavirus(HPV)genotypes. Methods The paper chose 68 patients with genital warts preliminarily confirmed in dermatology outpatient department, and divided them into treatment group and control group, with 34 cases in each group.Patients were treated with HPV genotyping testing, control group with local physical therapy, while treatment group with personalized traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on relationship between traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and HPV genotyping.Relationship between traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and different basic subtypes of HPV was analyzed, and recovery rate and recurrence rate of patients after treatment was observed, changes in peripheral blood T cell subsets were compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results HPV 6 typing rate of liver meridian damp heat syndrome in genital warts syndrome was the highest of 80.65%;HPV 11 rate was the highest of 84.62%in the spleen deficiency dampness excess syndrome.Cure rate of treatment group was 94.12%,higher than 73.53%in control group.Cecurrence rate of treatment group was 2.94%,lower than 20.59%in control group.Difference in comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+was higher than before treatment, indicators in treatment group were higher than control group. After treatment,CD8+was lower than before treatment, that of treatment group was lower than control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion HPV gene typing of patients with genital warts based on different TCM syndrome differentiation types is different.Personalized TCM treatment according to relationship between TCM syndrome differentiation and HPV gene typing can promote recovery, reduce recurrence rate, and improve immune function of patients.
