Effect Evaluation and Study of Desensitization Treatment for Allergic Rhinitis of Children Based on Allergen Detection Analysis
Objective To explore allergen detection of allergic rhinitis(AR)of children and evaluate curative effect of desensitization therapy. Methods The paper chose 78 pediatric patients with AR in the hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 as research subjects, treated with allergen testing, and analyzed results of allergen testing. All cases were treated with subcutaneous injection of antelda(house dust mite allergen preparation,ALK-ABELLO A/S)for desensitization.Symptom scores, medication scores, and life quality scores of patients were evaluated 1 day before treatment,1 year after treatment, and 2 years after treatment. Results 78 children with AR were mite allergy based on allergen testing, including 40 cases of grade 2 and grade 3,which decreased by 1 grade after desensitization treatment.Grade 4 and grade 5 decreased by 1~2 grades after desensitization treatment.Symptom scores, medication scores, and life quality scores of 78 pediatric patients were lower after 1 year and 2 years of treatment than before treatment, difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion AR allergens of children are mainly house dust mites and dermatophagoides farinae, desensitization treatment can effectively improve clinical symptoms and life quality of children.
