Objective To observe effect of Baduanjin exercise on muscle attenuation and cardiovascular disease of patients with chronic kidney stage 3 and above.Methods The paper chose 122 patients with chronic kidney disease at stages 3 to 5 and irregular exercise on weekdays,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with routine treatment,while Baduanjin exercise group with routine treatment+Baduanjin exercise.Incidence of muscle attenuation rate and results of the 10-year risk assessment model(ChinaPAR)was was compared between two groups.Results Incidence of muscle attenuation in Baduanjin exercise group after 6 months and evaluation results of the China PAR model within 10 years were lower than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Baduanjin exercise can reduce incidence of muscle attenuation of patients with chronic kidney disease,and reduce the risk of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease(ASCVD)within 10 years.
