Exploration and Application Research on Innovative Models of Clinical Teaching Ward Rounds
Objective To study and analyze effect of combination of SP and PBL teaching rounds in clinical teaching rounds.Methods The paper chose 74 respiratory medical students from our hospital from January 2022 to May 2022,and divided them into two groups.Control group(n=37)was treated with traditional teaching rounds,while observation group(n=37)with combination of SP and PBL teaching rounds.Academic performance,comprehensive ability,teaching satisfaction degree,and ideological and political literacy was was compared between two groups of students.Results Theoretical exam and case analysis scores in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Clinical thinking ability,knowledge understanding and extraction ability,self-learning interest,clinical communication skills,literature review ability,and total scores in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree in observation group with teaching was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Observation group scored higher in ideological and political literacy than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion SP combined with PBL teaching rounds can effectively improve teaching effectiveness,significantly enhance comprehensive abilities,and have important value in enhancing teaching satisfaction degree of students in clinical teaching.
