Effect Evaluation of Teaching Model Based on BOPPPS in Clinical Teaching Process of Gastrointestinal Surgery Interns
Objective To explore effect of teaching model based on Bridge in-Objectiv es-Pre-assessment-Participatory learning-Post-assessment-Summary(BOPPPS)in clinical teaching of gastroenterology internship nursing students.Methods The paper chose 74 gastrointestinal surgery internship nursing students in Deyang City People's Hospital from January 2022 to July 2023 as research subjects,and divided them into group A and B according to different internship batches,with 37 cases in each group.group A was treated with traditional teaching mode,while group B with BOPPPS teaching mode based on group A.Self-learning ability,final exam scores(theoretical assessment scores,skill operation assessment scores),and teaching satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.Results After training,scores and total scores of each dimension of self-learning ability in both groups were higher than before,scores in group B were higher than group A(P<0.05).After the training,theoretical assessment and skill operation assessment scores in group B were higher in aspects of assessment than group A,(P<0.05).After training,teaching satisfaction degree of group B was higher than group A(P<0.05).Conclusion BOPPPS teaching mode can significantly improve self-learning ability,academic performance,and teaching satisfaction degree in clinical teaching process of gastrointestinal surgery interns,which has good teaching effect and is worthy of reference.
