Value of Evidence-Based Medicine Teaching Model in Neurology Teaching
Objective To explore and analyze clinical application effect and value of evidence-based medicine teaching mode in neurology teaching.Methods The paper chose 60 general practice medical trainees interned in neurology department of our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 as research subjects,and divided them into control group and study group with computer table method,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with traditional teaching methods,while study group with evidence-based medicine teaching mode.Assessment scores,comprehensive abilities,and teaching satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.Results Theoretical knowledge assessment and operational skills assessment scores of study group were better than control group,with difference between the groups(P<0.05).Comprehensive scores of self-learning ability,problem-solving ability,communication ability,work enthusiasm,and cooperation awareness in study group were higher than control group,there was difference between the groups(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of study group with teaching evaluation,teacher performance,teaching content,and self perception was higher than control group,there was difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based medicine teaching model can effectively enhance the professional and comprehensive abilities of general practitioners during teaching of neurology,can promote development of neurology teaching with ideal teaching results,which is worthy of promotion and application in subsequent teaching work.
