Application of Interactive Teaching in Comprehensive Nursing Intervention Teaching in Hemodialysis Rooms
Objective To analyze application effect of interactive teaching in comprehensive nursing intervention teaching in hemodialysis rooms.Methods The paper chose 58 nurses interned in hemodialysis room of our hospital from February 2021 to April 2022,and divided them into control group and observation group(n=29)with random number table method.Control group was treated with traditional teaching mode,while observation group with interactive teaching mode.Nursing quality,nursing assessment scores,and teaching mode evaluation satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.Results Observation group had higher scores on nursing quality,including job responsibilities and process mastery ability,nursing risk event handling ability than control group,(P<0.05).Assessment scores of internship nurses in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Observation group had higher teaching evaluations for the stimulation of interest,problem-solving ability,and humanistic communication ability of intern nurses than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Interactive teaching mode can achieve ideal application effect in comprehensive nursing of hemodialysis room,can improve comprehensive ability and teaching quality of nursing interns,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
