摘要
卫生院临床护理在慢病管理中扮演着重要角色,对病情控制、并发症预防、生活质量提升等方面有着显著影响.但现阶段,卫生院在人力资源、专业技能培训、信息技术应用、跨部门和跨学科合作以及政策支持和经济投入等方面面临挑战,影响其在慢病管理中的效能.本文进一步提出未来发展方向和改进建议,包括加强护理人员专业技术培训、推广信息技术应用、深化跨部门与跨学科合作、积极争取政策支持并增加经济投入.同时,卫生院应朝智能化、网络化、个性化的服务模式转变,这将是未来卫生院临床护理的主要趋势.
Abstract
Clinical nursing in health centers plays an important role in chronic disease management,with significant effect on disease control,prevention of complications,and improvement of life quality.However,currently,health centers face challenges in aspects of human resources,professional skills training,information technology application,cross departmental and interdisciplinary cooperation,policy support and economic investment,which affect its effect in chronic disease management.The article further proposes future development directions and improvement suggestions,including strengthening professional technical training for nursing staff,promoting information technology applications,deepening cross departmental and interdisciplinary cooperation,seeking policy support actively,and increasing economic investment.At the same time,healthcare institutions should shift towards intelligent,networked,and individualized service models,which might be the main trend of clinical nursing in the future.
