Effect of Kangaroo Style Nursing on Postoperative Pain and Breastfeeding Rate of Primiparous Women with Cesarean Section
Objective To explore effect of kangaroo style nursing for primiparous women with cesarean section.Methods The paper chose 126 primiparous cesarean section women admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to February 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into two groups with random number grouping method.Reference group was treated with traditional nursing,while experimental group with kangaroo style nursing on the basis of traditional nursing.Both groups included 63 cases.Anxiety,depression,pain,first lactation time,lactation volume,uterine floor height,24-hour vaginal bleeding,uterine involution time,nursing satisfaction degree and breastfeeding rate was compared between two groups.Results SAS,SDS,and VAS scores of experimental group were lower than reference group,the first lactation time was earlier than reference group.Lactation volume on the 3rd,5th,7th,and 14th day postpartum was higher than reference group,uterine floor height was lower than reference group at 24h and 48h after surgery.Vaginal bleeding volume at 24h was lower than reference group,uterine involution time was shorter than reference group.Nursing satisfaction degree and breastfeeding rate was higher than reference group,P<0.05,values were statistically significant between groups.Conclusion Kangaroo style nursing can effectively alleviate pain,improve negative emotions,increase lactation and breastfeeding rate,reduce vaginal bleeding,promote uterine involution,and improve nursing satisfaction degree of primiparous women with cesarean section.
