Application Exploration of Humanistic Care in High-Quality Nursing Services of Gastroenterology Department
Objective To explore application effect of humanistic care in high-quality nursing services of gastroenterology department.Methods The paper chose 60 patients in gastroenterology department of our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 as research subjects,and divided them into two groups randomly.Experimental group(30 cases)was treated with high-quality nursing intervention,while control group(30 cases)with humanistic care content on the basis of high-quality nursing services.Clinical application effect was compared between two groups.Results Anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)scores in experimental group were significantly lower than control group,with P＜0.05.Nursing satisfaction degree in experimental group was significantly higher than control group,P＜0.05.Experimental group had significantly better understanding and mastery of various dietary health knowledge than control group,with P＜0.05.Above data comparison difference was statistically significant.Conclusion High-quality nursing services with humanistic care can effectively alleviate negative emotions,improve treatment compliance,life quality,develop good dietary and lifestyle habits,promote physical health recovery of patients in gastroenterology department,which has high clinical application value and can be applied for reference and promoted.
