Health Management Model and Effect of Long-Term Oxygen Therapy for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Patients At Home
Objective To analyze health management model and effect of long-term oxygen therapy for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)at home. Methods The paper chose 40 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with long-term home oxygen therapy in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 as observation subjects, and divided them into control group(treated with routine guidance)and observation group(with health management mode)randomly, with 20 cases in each group.Application effect was compared. Results Observation group had higher lung function indicators including FVC(forced expiratory volume),FEV1(first second forced expiratory volume),and FEV1/FVC(one second rate)than control group at the end of follow-up,(P<0.05).PaO2(pulse oxygen partial pressure)was higher than control group, while PaCO2(arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure)was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health management mode can stabilize blood gas analysis indicators and have more positive effect on improving lung function than routine discharge guidance, which has promotional value.
