医院信息化系统在门诊药房管理中的效果分析

目的 分析在门诊药房管理中,采用医院信息化管理的临床效果。方法 选取2021年1-12月本院应用普通门诊药房管理的1000例患者为参比组;另选取2022年1-12月应用医院信息化系统管理的1000例患者为分析组。比较两组药品调剂差错率、患者对药房服务满意度。结果 分析组门诊药房调剂差错率显著低于参比组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。分析组服务满意度(药师责任心、风险意识、操作技能、服务态度)评分显著高于参比组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论 在门诊药房管理中,采用医院信息化管理,有利于降低药品调剂差错率,提升患者对药房服务满意度。
Effect Analysis of Hospital Information System in Outpatient Pharmacy Management
Objective To analyze clinical effect of hospital information management in outpatient pharmacy management.Methods The paper chose our outpatient pharmacy as research site,treated with management of general outpatient pharmacy(reference group)from January 2021 to December 2021,and hospital information system management(analysis group)from January 2022 to December 2022.The paper chose 1000 patients randomly for survey in each period,and compared error rate of drug dispensing and satisfaction degree of patients with pharmacy services between two groups.Results Error rate of dispensing in outpatient pharmacy of analysis group was significantly lower than control group,hypothesis test was significant(P<0.05).Service satisfaction degree(sense of responsibility,risk awareness,operational skills,and service attitude of pharmacists)of analysis group was significantly higher than control group,hypothesis test was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During outpatient pharmacy management,hospital information management can help reduce drug dispensing errors and improve satisfaction of patients with pharmacy services.
