Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Perioperative Period of Neck Lymph Node Tuberculosis Patients
Objective To analyze effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with cervical lymph node tuberculosis during perioperative period.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with cervical lymph node tuberculosis from January 2021 to February 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into control group and observation group with random number table method,treated with routine nursing and comprehensive nursing interventions to evaluate satisfaction degree with nursing and negative emotions of patients.Results Perioperative nursing satisfaction degree of observation group with cervical lymph node tuberculosis was higher than control group,P＜0.05.Before nursing,comparison of SAS and SDS scores between two groups showed P＞0.05.After nursing,SAS and SDS scores in observation group were lower than control group,P＜0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing interventions can improve nurse patients relationship continuously,enhance satisfaction degree with nursing,and alleviate negative emotions of patients with cervical lymph node tuberculosis,which has clinical application value.
