Application of Predictive Nursing Guidelines in Orthopedic Nursing
Objective To analyze effect of predictive nursing guidelines in orthopedic nursing.Methods The paper chose 98 orthopedic patients admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023,and divided them into two groups randomly according to drawing lots method,namely control group and observation group,with 49 cases in each group,treated with completely different nursing modes.Among them,the former group was treated with routine nursing,while the latter with predictive care guidance.Both groups were compared after nursing.Results Incidence of complications in observation group was 2.04%,lower than 12.24%in control group,(P＜0.05).Satisfaction degree in observation group was 95.92%,higher than 83.67%in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing guidelines can achieve positive effect on avoiding complications and improving satisfaction degree of patients in orthopedic nursing work,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
