Application of Health Education Combined with Swallowing Rehabilitation Nursing for Stroke Patients with Swallowing Disorders
Objective To study application of health education combined with swallowing rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients with swallowing disorders.Methods The paper chose 82 stroke patients with swallowing disorders admitted to a certain hospital from July 2021 to July 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly.The special group was treated with health education combined with swallowing rehabilitation nursing,while the general group with routine nursing methods.Satisfaction degree,physical and mental health status,and swallowing dysfunction recovery was compared between two groups.Results Satisfaction degree of nursing work in special group was higher than general group.Physical and mental health status in special group was better than general group.Recovery of swallowing dysfunction in special group was better than general group,data difference was statistically significant and comparable between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education combined with swallowing rehabilitation nursing model can improve satisfaction degree with nursing,improve physical and mental health status,recover swallowing function,and enhance life quality and living standards of stroke patients with swallowing disorders.
