Application Effect of Information-based Health Management Model in Management of Pregnant Women with Gestational Hypertension During Pregnancy and Childbirth
Objective To explore application effect of information-based health management model in management of pregnant women with gestational hypertension during pregnancy and childbirth.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to July 2023,and divided them into control group(n=40,treated with routine management)and study group(n=40,with information-based health management during pregnancy and childbirth)with random number table method.Blood pressure levels,health literacy scores,and pregnancy outcomes were compared.Results Levels of diastolic and systolic blood pressure in study group were relatively lower,P<0.05.Health literacy scores was relatively higher in study group,P<0.05.Incidence of cesarean section,fetal distress,and polyhydramnios in study group was relatively lower,with P<0.05.Conclusion Information-based health management model during pregnancy and childbirth of can improve health literacy,effectively control blood pressure levels,and improve pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women with gestational hypertension,which is worthy of promotion and application.
