孕产期信息化健康管理模式在妊娠期高血压疾病患者孕期管理中的应用效果

摘要

目的探讨在妊娠期高血压疾病患者孕期管理中采取孕产期信息化健康管理模式的应用效果.方法选取2021年1月—2023年7月本院收治的80例妊娠期高血压疾病患者,采用随机数字表法分成对照组(n=40,常规管理)与研究组(n=40,孕产期信息化健康管理),对比两组血压水平、健康素养评分、妊娠结局.结果相较于对照组,研究组舒张压、收缩压水平均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组健康素养评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组剖宫产、胎儿窘迫、羊水过多发生率均较少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在妊娠高血压患者的孕期管理中采取孕产期信息化健康管理模式可提高孕产妇健康素养,有效控制血压水平,改善妊娠结局,建议推广应用.

Abstract

Objective To explore application effect of information-based health management model in management of pregnant women with gestational hypertension during pregnancy and childbirth.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to July 2023,and divided them into control group(n=40,treated with routine management)and study group(n=40,with information-based health management during pregnancy and childbirth)with random number table method.Blood pressure levels,health literacy scores,and pregnancy outcomes were compared.Results Levels of diastolic and systolic blood pressure in study group were relatively lower,P＜0.05.Health literacy scores was relatively higher in study group,P＜0.05.Incidence of cesarean section,fetal distress,and polyhydramnios in study group was relatively lower,with P＜0.05.Conclusion Information-based health management model during pregnancy and childbirth of can improve health literacy,effectively control blood pressure levels,and improve pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women with gestational hypertension,which is worthy of promotion and application.
