Objective To explore effect of individualized nursing on emotional status,postoperative recovery,and adverse reactions of patients with uterine fibroids in operation room.Methods The paper chose 78 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to December 2022,treated with surgical resection treatment at our hospital,and divided them into two groups according to admission order.Control group(39 cases)was treated with routine operation room nursing,while observation group(39 cases)with individualized nursing in nursing operating room.Emotional state,adverse reactions,stress and recovery situation were evaluated.Results HAMA scores,HAMD scores,postoperative recovery time,and adverse reaction rate in control group were lower than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing can prevent adverse reactions of patients with uterine fibroids in operation room.
