Clinical Effect of Individualized Nursing Application for Gallstone Surgery Nursing and Satisfaction Degree of Patients
Objective To explore and analyze clinical effect of individualized nursing application for patients with gallstone surgery and its effect on satisfaction degree of patients.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with gallstone surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into control group and study group with computer table method,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while study group with individualized nursing.Results After nursing,anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)scores of patients with gallstone surgery in study group were lower than control group.Surgical time,postoperative exhaust time,gastrointestinal function recovery time,and length of stay was shorter than control group.Nursing satisfaction degree was higher than control group,there was difference between groups.Conclusion Individualized nursing can effectively improve psychological state,ensure surgical outcomes,and promote postoperative recovery of patients with gallstone surgery,with high satisfaction degree,which is worthy of promotion and application.
