Effect Analysis of Nursing Intervention on Postpartum Recovery of Postpartum Hemorrhage Caused By Uterine Atony
Objective The paper mainly analyzed application effect of nursing intervention for postpartum recovery of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony.Methods The paper chose 48 parturients with symptoms of uterine atony and postpartum hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 as study subjects.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while study group with nursing intervention.There were 24 cases in each group,postpartum recovery effect between two groups was compared.Results There was significant difference in nursing effect indicators between two groups under different nursing modes.Among them,study group had better knowledge of hemostasis time,postpartum 24-hour bleeding volume,and length of stay than control group(P<0.05).Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve nursing satisfaction degree of patients effectively.Scores for nursing staff in different groups by parturients showed significant difference.Professional ability,knowledge level,and communication ability of nursing staff in study group was better than control group.Scores of empathy ability were higher than control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,psychological status indicators of parturients were basically consistent(P>0.05).After nursing,psychological status of all groups improved,and SAS and SDS scores of study group were better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on clinical treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony,nursing intervention can promote postpartum recovery effectively,improve life quality,enhance knowledge and cognitive abilities of rehabilitation of postpartum women,with good nursing satisfaction degree,which is beneficial for promoting harmonious relationships between nurses and patients,and can be widely promoted and application.
